Funeral details for the late Eugene (Gene) McCarey
Derryarritt, Scotstown, Monaghan.
Eugene passed away on Thursday, July 22nd peacefully in the loving care of his family in Monaghan Hospital.
Gene is predeceased by his brothers Frank and Jimmy. Dearly beloved brother of Pat (Bridie). Deeply regretted and loving remembered by his brother, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces and his entire circle of family and friends
Gene is reposing at the home of his brother Pat and sister-in-law Bridie, 15 St Dympna's Terrace, Scotstown from 8pm today Friday until removal on Sunday morning at 10.45am to arrive at St. Mary's Chapel, Urbleshanney for funeral mass at 11.30am. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private to family, relatives and neighbours. Gene's funeral mass can be viewed on Tydavnet Parish RC Church facebook page.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects may do so as the funeral cortege travels to the chapel on Sunday morning adhering to current social distancing guidelines.
