Funeral details for the late John Sheridan
Drumnaveigh, New Inns, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan.
Thursday, July 22nd, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
John is Predeceased by his daughter Dymphna, his brother Benny, his sisters Maggie Nulty, Mary Lynch and Rose Lynch. Beloved husband of Kathleen, much loved dad of Mary, Martina, Seamus and Anna, son in law Hugh McNally, Walter Bourgoin, daughter in law Nora and his adoring grandchildren. John will be sadly missed by his sister in law Annamae Sheridan, brother and sister in law James and Monica Reilly, his nieces and nephews, neighbours, friends and relations. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
John will be reposing at Matthew's funeral home, Virginia on Saturday evening from six o’clock until nine o’clock. His removal will be from his home on Sunday to St. Dympna's Church, Upper Lavey via New Inns, arriving for requiem mass at two o’clock. Internment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. House strictly private please. Due to government and HSE guidelines Funeral will be limited to family & close friends. For those paying their respects by standing out along the route please adhere to social distancing.
