Kathleen Clarke (née Campbell) died on Friday, August 6th. Peacefully, in her 93rd year. Surrounded by her beloved family. She was in the excellent care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross.
Her husband John, her infant grandson Patrick (Cooney), her parents John and Esther, her sister Phylis and her brother James, predecease Kathleen
Kathleen will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her sons Sean (Cork) and Francis. Daughters Brid (Marron, Shercock), Margaret (Carolan, Baileborough), Carmel (Cooney, Knockbridge), Anne (Lonergan) and Pauline (O'Hanlon). Dearly missed by her daughters-in-law Mary and Patricia; her sons-in-law Hugh, Tony, Terry, Ken & PJ. Kathleen's adored grandchildren Paul, Barry, Lorraine, David, Sarah, Rebecca, Alison, Laura, Louise, Laura, Niamh, Clare, Ronan, Caoimhe, Fergal, Sinéad, Oisín, Dylan, Andrea and Evan, will sadly miss her. Deeply regretted by her sister Sr Margaret (Convent of Mercy, Dundalk), brothers Paddy (Dublin) and John (Dublin). Nieces, nephews, relatives, friends & neighbours, will also dearly miss her. The house is strictly private. No flowers please, donations in lieu, if desired, to a charity of your choice.
On Sunday, Kathleen will repose at the Lonergan Funeral Home, Main Street, Carrickmacross from four o'clock until eight o'clock, surrounded by her family and close friends. Funeral Mass on Monday at twelve noon, in St. John The Evangelist Church, Raferagh, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects by lining the route, in a socially distanced manner, as Kathleen's funeral cortège leaves her home in Corvally, on Monday at 11:40am proceeding to St. John The Evangelist Church.
As a mark of respect to Kathleen, Toymaster Cavan, will be closed on Monday morning, reopening at 2pm.
