Saturday, June 5th, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.
Beloved father of Lorraine (Mullan), Mary (McBride) and Barry. Phelim will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters, son, daughter-in-law Roisin, sons-in-law Peter and Mickey, grandchildren, sisters Maeve, Bernadette, Patricia, Imelda and Sheila, brothers Francie, Kevin and Con, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and by all who knew and loved him.
Phelim will be resting at his son Barry and daughter-in-law Roisin's residence, Smithboro amongst his family only, due to Covid restrictions. House strictly private please. Phelim's funeral cortège will be leaving at approximately 10.20am to arrive at the St Laobhin's Chapel, Killeevan, for eleven o’clock Funeral Mass tomorrow morning (Mon). Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions, the Mass and burial will be private to family and friends and restricted to 50 people. For those who wish to pay their respects, please adhere to HSE guidelines and maintain 2m social distance.
