Phelim Cusack passed away on Friday, September 17th suddenly at his home
His parents, Tommy & Eileen, brother Eamonn & his nephew Paul, all predecease him.
Phelim's sisters, Monica, Bernie, Teresa, Pauline & Ria, his brothers Pat, Gerry & Hugh, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, all his extended family & a wide circle of friends, deeply regret his passing.

Phelim's remains will leave the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan, on Wednesday at 11 o’clock, travelling via Wolfe Tone Street, Barrack Hill & will arrive at the Cathedral of Saints Patrick & Felim, Cavan for Funeral Mass at 11.30. Burial will take place afterwards in St Aidan's Cemetery, Butlersbridge
