The Fianna Fáil Leader has criticised the Energy Minister for refusing to meet with community groups over the North South Interconnector.
It emerged yesterday that Denis Naughten declined a request from local representatives and groups, who are campaigning against the 400kv pylon interconnector, saying he will "not be taking any meetings on this subject matter currently".
Mícheál Martin was in Monaghan last night to honour the political careers of two former Monaghan TD's, Jimmy Leonard and Rory O'Hanlon.
