With the days getting brighter we may be looking to get some bit of freedom again outdoors within the Covid restrictions.
However, for many, they may have been cocooning for the best part of a year and only getting out recently in light of the vaccine roll out. But a number of services particularly aimed at older people haven’t just continued but went from strength to strength this year.
Angela Fitzpatrick is the Age Friendly Programme Manager with Cavan County Council, and she recently joined Aaron McElroy on The Wider to discuss more about the services.
