You may have heard during the week that a reality star called Nicki Graeme died in the UK due to anorexia just hours after being discharged from hospital.
Now, while you may not remember her from Big Brother, it still has caused shock and also widespread discussions about the lack of services for people both in Ireland and the UK.
Sheila Naughton has been talking to Clara Hand who has battled against anorexia nervosa herself but is now also an intern psychiatric nurse and has done placements across the country, seeing first-hand what is needed in terms of supports and her reaction to the death.
