KEEP WELL: Switch off with Cavan Library Service

For the next part of the Keep Well Campaign, Cavan Library Service joined us on air to has planned to help us all switch off.

While spending more time at home, it can be tempting to distract ourselves with screens, however we're being advised that there are others ways we can entertain and express ourselves.

Emma Clancy from Cavan Library Service spoke to Aaron on The Wider View to explain more about the campaign and what they've planned.
