With a return to the office on the cards for many people in the region from this Monday, we've been speaking to a Monaghan stylist about back-to-work clothing anxieties.
Maria Macklin is based in Carrickmacross with the Irish branch of House of Colour and she's looked into the psychology of what we wear and how that affects our behaviour and productivity.
She's been offering advice to people who have been working from home during the pandemic and will continue to do so.
