The news over the disappearance of Sarah Everard in London, a 33 year old who disappeared while walking home from a friend's house last week has raised the issue of violence against women and women's safety.

A police officer has been arrested on suspicion of murder but the conversation has now broadened.

While this is in London the conversation on social media has led to alot of men asking what it is that they could do change this fear that still exists, or what we can all do… So Sheila Naughton has been speaking to Siobhan McKenna from Tearmann domestic violence services in Cavan and Monaghan about healthy relationships and what can be done at home;
