Children notoriously don’t like to eat their vegetables causing continuous battles at mealtimes.
Well Monaghan Woman Mari Donelan has come up with a solution to the problem.
After finding that traditional sauces contain a lot of salt and preservatives, Mari decided to blend an array of vegetables into a sauce to help her son get his nutrients.
