Floods sweeping across western Germany and Belgium have been called a 'catastrophe' by one of the country's leaders, with at least 92 people confirmed dead.
Dozens more are missing, after heavy rain swept away cars and caused homes to collapse.
Soldiers have been deployed, though power outages are hampering rescue efforts.
