A Monaghan student wants to support people from low-income backgrounds
afford university through his new business.
The profits of Learning Lights Candles will go into an investment fund,
which can then be drawn down and distributed to those who need it most.
Scotstown's Jody Murphy started making candles earlier this year, they are
now available online and he's hoping to get them stocked in local businesses
shortly.

Jody says he was always interested in incorporating philanthropy into his
business.
