The Bailieboro to Virginia road is currently closed due to an overturned milk tanker.
Fire crews from Bailieboro and Virginia are in attendance along with gardai at Carrickgorman on the R178 Bailieborough to Virginia Road
It is believed that no serious inquires have occurred due to the accident.

Crews are working to limit environmental damage arising out of milk getting into nearby watercourses, as milk can be harmful to fish.
The road will remain closed for the few hours.
Baileboro Gardai are asking people to take an alternative route as local diversions are in place.
