An appeal has been issued after a crash in Monaghan town last Thursday morning.
The incident happened on the Broad Road at around 9.30am.
The male driver of a white car with a UK registration failed to remain at the scene.

It’s believed the car was displaying “N” plates at the time.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardaí.
