Vogue Homes, a residential development company, has been granted planning permission for the construction of 12 new homes in Cavan town.
The units will be constructed on a site on the Farnham Road in Cavan.
The works will include a two storey terraced block containing four three-bedroom and four two-bedroom units, as well as a three storey block containing three one-bed apartments.

There is also provision for a three-bedroom semi-detached dwelling.
