A Cavan engineering company has received permission for the construction of a two-storey industrial unit at the IDA Business & Technology Park in Killygarry.
The works will see ATA Group develop an industrial unit that will include office accommodation, as well as car parking for 105 vehicles and bicycle parking that can accommodate 20 bikes.
There is also provision for a marshalling yard, ESB sub station and screened plant area to the rear of the building.

ATA says the company wants to "re-invest in the area" and added that the new facility will "secure the company's future".
