Motorist who travelled from Ballyjamesduff to Dublin in breach of Covid regulations is to appear in Court.
The driver was stopped by Gardaí in Meath after travelling at 191km/h on the M3 motorway on Friday night.
Gardaí discovered the driver was an unaccompanied learner driver who was returning to Cavan after visiting Dublin.

Under level 4 restrictions people should not travel outside their own county.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was arrested for dangerous driving.
