Cavan company Alpha Storage is seeking planning permission to construct a fully serviced industrial unit in Cootehill.
The unit would incorporate a two-storey administration and staff facility areas, pick and pack areas, and parking.
Signage, landscaping, and connection to the watermain and utility services are also included in the plans.

The industrial unit would be constructed in the Cootehill Industrial Estate.
A decision is expected by the end of September.
