Cavan County Council has published a tender for the construction of 15 social housing units in Ballinagh.
The units will be constructed at Fleming's Place on the Cavan Road.
The works will include the demolition of three existing dwellings and associated out buildings to allow for the development of 15 fully serviced houses.

The units will be a mixture of two, three, and four bed homes, as well as being a mix bungalows, dormer bungalows, and two-storey dwellings.
The closing date for applicants is 12 noon on Friday, the 27th of November.
