Ballyjamesduff, Carrickmacross and Kingscourt are included in a new €3.5 million cross border health project.
The iSimpathy programme sees health authorities in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland working together around medicine use and medicine reviews.
As part of it, a pharmacist has been appointed locally to work with GPs to carry out the reviews to make sure patients are getting the best outcomes from the medicines they're on.

The HSE says it will allow patients to live healthy and active lives by supporting them and clinicians through the medicine reviews.
