Cavan sees Covid-19 case denotified with one more case in Monaghan

Three more people have died from Covid 19 here. 14 cases of the virus have also been confirmed.

Locally, Cavan has seen one of its cases denotified after further examination by the Health Protection and Surveillance Centre. It has now seen 859 confirmed cases since the beginning of the pandemic.

Monaghan has seen one confirmed case today, with its total now standing at 536.

The death toll from the virus is now 1,709 while the number of confirmed cases stands at 25,334.

Almost half of all cases have been reported in Dublin followed by 6 percent in both Cork and Kildare.
