A Cavan TD says the income eligibility limits for social housing must be
eased.
Brendan Smith said it's condemning a certain cohort of people to renting for life, because they are in-between qualifying for social housing and being
able to afford their own home.
He's called for his party colleague Housing Minister Darragh O'Brien to bring his income level review to a conclusion as soon as possible.
