Permission has been granted to the CMETB to build a temporary sports hall in Tonnagh, Rockcorry.
The site where the prefabricated building will be constructed is home to the Tanagh Outdoor Education and Training Centre, located off the R188.
One of the conditions of the project is that the temporary sports hall has to be removed from the site within five years, unless planning permission for the retention of the building for a further period is later granted.

The planner report says the sports hall will "serve an exclusive rural need".
