The GAA could sanction Corduff GAA Club in Monaghan after its ground was used for a senior training.
Senior manager Seamus McEnaney has been suspended for 12 weeks by the County Board as the training session breached Covid-19 restrictions.
The incident came to light after footage of the training session last month was sent to the Department of Justice.
Monaghan GAA has acknowledged there was a breach of the Covid-19 regulations and guidelines by the team.
McEnaney has admitted that holding a training session was a serious error of judgment and has apologised unreservedly.
It follows similar incidents in Dublin, Cork and Down where teams were found to have been training in breach of guidelines.

Gardaí have confirmed that they are investigating the breach, saying fines may be issued. The GAA is also investigating.
