Disruption after burst water main in Monaghan town

There’s disruption to the water supply in parts of Monaghan town after a burst water main.

Irish Water and the County Council say repairs to the pipe in Knockaconny are ongoing.

There’s disruption to the supply in the Armagh road and surrounding areas of Monaghan town.

Traffic management systems will be in place on the Armagh road while repairs are carried out.

They’re expected to be complete at 6 o’clock this evening.
