A driver has been arrested in Monaghan for drug driving.
The Monaghan Roads Policing Unit stopped a car in Carrickmacross in recent days and a drug test showed they tested positive for cocaine, cannabis, and benzodiazepines.
The driver was arrested and is awaiting a court date.

Meanwhile, Bailieborough Gardaí found a driver in Virginia driving without insurance.
The driver is now off the road and will appear in court.
