Over €230,000 has been announced for upgrades at Cavan and Clones libraries.
The funding was announced today by Minister for Rural and Community Development Heather Humphreys.
€120,000 of this funding will go towards Johnston Central Library in Cavan town for works to the building, including a new entrance.

€111,000 will be spent on upgrades to Clones Library.
That funding will go towards the designing and installation of an outdoor seating and relaxation space, as well as the replacement of seven windows on the building.
Local Minister Heather Humphreys announced the funding today and urged people to use the facilities, saying they're "ideal locations for people to relax, work and study".
