A man has appeared in Court after €46,000 worth of cannabis was seized in Carrickmacross.
Members of the Garda drugs unit carried out a search of a premises in the area on Tuesday.
They were assisted by members of the Armed Support Unit.

There they discovered 58 cannabis plants with an estimated value of €46,400.
What’s described as “a large quantity” of cannabis herb and cultivation equipment was also seized.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene, charged with drug related offences and has been remanded in custody after appearing in Court.
