Esb is seeking planning permission to construct a communications pylon in Cavan.
The works would be carried out within the ESB Networks in Moynehall.
The development would consist of a 36 metre high free standing communications pylon and its associated antennae and communication dishes, as well as ground equipment within a 2.4m high palisade fence compound.
