Funding has been granted for a new mainstream classroom for Knockconan National School in Emyvale.
Knockconan National School said it welcomes the news on behalf of pupils, parents, staff, and the board of management.
Business Minister Heather Humphreys congratulated everyone involved for submitting a top-quality application for funding and commended them for their hard work.

Minister Humphreys said she was pleased that the project has been given the green light, notwithstanding the economic challenges being faced due to Covid-19, and added that she looks forward to seeing the works progressing as soon as possible.
