An online fundraiser has been organised in response to an incident wherein an ASD classroom was badly damaged by a burst pipe.
Books and teaching resources in an Autism Spectrum Disorder classroom in St Clare's National School, Ballyjamesduff, were destroyed following the incident.
Many of the resources in the classroom, known as The Orchard, are said to be an essential aid to the children's education.

An online appeal has since been started to "get the classroom back up and running as soon as possible" by donating money towards vouchers for school supplies.
