Irish language primary school in Monaghan Town granted permission to extend school building

An Irish Language primary school in Monaghan Town has been granted planning permission to extend its current school building.

Gaelscoil Ultain, which shares a campus with Monaghan Institute on the Armagh road, lodged the application in May of this year.

As a result of the works, Gaelscoil Ultain will add two new classrooms with ancillary toilet and corridor access to its school site.
