Joe Brolly has launched legal proceedings against RTÉ.
The All-Ireland winner and former GAA pundit has filed papers with the High Court, which is the first step in his action against the national broadcaster.
The details of his case are not yet publicly known.

Mr Brolly's contract with RTÉ wasn't renewed during the summer of 2019.
In March, he took part in a panel discussion on RTÉ's Claire Byrne Live, but his video link was muted and he was removed from the debate on a united Ireland.
