Local Fine Gael Senators have been appointed roles in the Seanad.
Joe O'Reilly, Aisling Dolan and Micheál Carrigy have been given Spokesperson roles by Tánaiste Leo Varadkar.
Senator O'Reilly has been appointed Spokesperson on Foreign and European Affairs, Defence and Brexit.

Senator Dolan becomes the party's Spokesperson on Education, Science and Innovation and Senator Carrigy takes on the role of Spokesperson on Media, Arts, Sports and Tourism.
The appointments run until December 2022.
