Gardaí in Cavan and Monaghan are urging the public to bring their valuables to upcoming property marking events across the two counties.
There have been several property marking events across the region in recent weeks, and further events are planned this weekend in Co
Monaghan and the following weekend in Co Cavan.
This Sunday, Carrickmacross Emmets will host a property marking event at its GAA grounds between 11am and 2pm.

The following Saturday, August 14th, a property marking event will take place at Lurgan GAA in Co Cavan from 11am to 3pm.
