A male in his early 20s has been "identified and interviewed" in relation to damage that was caused to three flower pots in Carrickmacross.
A spokesperson told Shannonside Northern Sound that gardaí attended an incident of criminal damage just after midnight on Monday, September 13th, on Main Street in Carrickmacross.
A number of flower pots were damaged in the course of this incident and gardaí say no arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.

Carrickmacross gardaí thanked members of the public who assisted in progressing the investigation.
