A man’s appearing in Court this morning after over €18,000 worth of cannabis was discovered in Belturbet.
Local Gardaí discovered the growhouse in the town yesterday afternoon.
Inside they found €18,400 worth of suspected cannabis plants in various stages of growth.

Gardaí say the electricity meter was bypassed and a system of fans and lights was used.
These have also been seized.
The man, who’s in his 30s, was arrested at the scene and will appear in Cavan District Court this morning.
