Monaghan Irish Language Committee presents traditional music event tonight

The Monaghan Irish Language Committee will present the first in a series of traditional and folk music events virtually tonight.

The live streamed shows, which will be full of music, song, and poetry will be live streamed via the the Monaghan County Council’s Facebook page.

These events have been organised in unison with Music Generation Cavan-Monaghan, The Garage Theatre, Muineachán Le Gaeilge, and the Arts Council Ireland, and aim to highlight the wealth of traditional and folk talent from across the county.

The performances will be available on Facebook from 7pm this evening.
