Monaghan sees slight increase in incidence rate with drop in Cavan

Monaghan has seen a slight increase in its Covid-19 incidence rate over recent days.

Cavan yesterday recorded six new cases of the virus, with fewer than five in Monaghan.

Monaghan's rate has risen from 80 cases per 100,000 on Saturday to 104.3 in yesterday's figures.

Cavan's rate meanwhile has fallen from 85 cases per 100,000 people last Thursday to 63 in the latest figures.
