The N2 is closed after a serious collision this evening.
The road is closed between Carrickmacross and Castleblayney as emergency services work at the scene.
It's believed a number of vehicles are involved in the incident.

The Air Corps Air Ambulance also responded to the scene.
Diversions are in place as the road is expected to be closed for some time.
