A new major training programme aimed at enhancing innovation and creativity
among Monaghan communities is starting tomorrow.
Innovating Communities, led by Monaghan Integrated Development, is offering
free facilitated training in Problem Solving, to tackle local issues and
ideas.
Community individuals, groups and businesses have been submitting challenges
on the project website relating to issues they have identified in their
locality.
Collette McEntee, the network admin co-ordinator, says that in Monaghan
issues include water quality, cleaning waterways, and litter in parks and on
walkways.
Registration for 'Reimagining Community Spaces as Digital Hubs' ends
tomorrow and Collette says it will provide the opportunity for further
progress outside following the course:
