Part VIII planning has been approved for the development of three houses in Kingscourt.
The planning was approved at yesterday's Bailieborough-Cootehill MD meeting by Clifford Kelly.
The development will see the construction of construction of three, two-bed bungalows at Fairymount Close, Dunaree, Kingscourt.

The works will also include an access road, footpaths, and car parking spaces.
Clifford Kelly said "good negotiations" between the Council and residents were very helpful in getting approval for the scheme.
