Planning granted for new houses in Cavan town

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of four new houses in Cavan Town.

The works in Swellan Lower will see the demolition of an existing dwelling, alongside the construction of four detached, four-bed houses.

There will also be car parking to the rear of the homes and what the planners report refers to as "generous private open space to the front and rear" of the property.

The application was approved subject to 15 conditions.
