Planning permission has been granted for 13 new houses in Tydavnet village.
The site, opposite the community centre will consist of a mix of four and three-bedroom detached homes.
Monaghan County Council granted PDES Ltd conditional permission for the development.

A Garden for each house, an open communal area, and associated site works were also approved.
