Connons and Drumully Development Group has been granted permission for a new outdoor covered meeting and recreation space.
The development is planned for the rear of Connons Community Hall in Co Monaghan.
The structure will have a stone wall that is almost one metre high and a roof that is supported by timber bracing and sandstone columns.

The planning was granted under the condition that the site be managed in a way that prevents the discharge of polluting matter to any waters.
