A Monaghan café has plans to expand their business by selling batches of their homemade gelato.
Pocono in Glaslough was recently named as having the third best tasting gelato in Ireland.
Owner Roisin Treanor says they create and develop new flavours on site weekly using produce from the region.

Since covid-19 she has been looking for ways to build the business and generate employment and hopes that they will soon be able to offer gelato and ice-cream in larger quantities, for families to enjoy at home.
