Suitable candidates are being encouraged to apply for the GP vacancy in Swanlinbar.
Cavan/Monaghan TD, Brendan Smith, has received confirmation from the HSE that they have advertised for the post and says it is important every effort is made to have a successful outcome.
Deputy Smith also complimented both Dr Jacqueline Ellis-Deering and Dr Kevin Deering on their long and dedicated service to the people in the West Cavan area ahead of their retirement.
