A teenager is in a serious condition in hospital after an incident at Lough Sheelin yesterday.
Gardaí have confirmed they attended the scene where the16 year old is believed to have gotten into difficulty in the water.
The incident took place shortly before 3pm.

The 16 year old was taken to Temple Street Children's Hospital, where his condition is described as serious.
A spokesperson told Northern Sound News that inquiries are ongoing.
